Bouba is a four-year-old cat who tested positive for FIV and FELV. These diseases make him more vulnerable than other cats and sadly shorten his life expectancy. As if that wasn't enough, he has also been diagnosed with ear cancer and will soon need to undergo surgery to prevent it from spreading.
To counteract his weakness caused by FIV and FELV, Bouba needs quality nutrition. Canned food, rich in nutrients, would help him maintain his weight and health despite his illnesses, enabling him to better face his upcoming surgery.
The association will soon hit a busy period with the rescue of street-born kittens. Currently, we have 30 cats and kittens in foster care. Many of the cats we are currently taking in are afflicted with diseases or severe health problems, like Bouba. Our primary goal is to take care of as many kittens as we can and leave as few as possible on the streets, where their living conditions are uncertain.
